"The non-smoking rooms all had ashtrays in them. The one we were first given had just recently been smoked in by the housekeeping staff. We had to get our room key redone every time we left for more than just a few minutes. There were not enough towels for our family and the hotel was not even half full. Our room had no blowdryer in it and we needed on on Sunday so that we could get ready to go to a funeral home. The front desk called at 6:45 a.m. the next day to see if we were the family that needed a blowdryer. We did not leave a wakeup call and had not plan on getting up untill around 8 a.m. Managememt was rude and it goes from there. The Assistant Manager was the only person the we could talk to the owners and the manager were all out of town."
